- Shaun Johnson Review added: 2018.07.24★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Shocking. 5 meals. All a mix of overlooked, cold and obviously been sat waiting for service for some time. Staff arguing in the restaurant. Chef asking for service and waitresses arguing back. Complain to manager and also mention to a member of staff we asked for a drink that didn't arrive. No i'm sorry, just an excuse of I'm busy and didn't get round to it as we didn't get rosters...... Sorry as a paying customer it's not my problem. Manager snapped a reply blaming chef...... Sorry but if a chef asks for service you serve. There was less than 40 people in the restaurant...... Embarrassing. I will however mention one young lady..... Our original waitress with dark hair who was brilliant through our poor experience. Sorry I didn't get her name. It's a shame her superiors aren't as professional. Maybe they should go to her for some customer service training. This isn't a review of the chefs food. It's poor from the service side and it's a shame the manager can't recognise that.
