The feeling of relief to have found someone to extricate me from the grip off Apple and their extortionate pricing and poor customer service is indescribable. Fantastic communication and did everything in their power to help my student daughter get her MacBook Air up and running. Replaced the screen for less than half price of anyone else. Brilliant, trustworthy, fantastic service.
